    Join us in celebrating National Trails Day by helping to build and maintain trails at the New Canaan Land Trust's Colhoun Preserve!

    We will have a range of volunteer opportunities, suitable for all ages and skill levels. The main project will include the construction of new boardwalks that will span wetlands and facilitate trail navigation. Volunteers will help carry materials to the building site and assemble 100+ feet of new boardwalks. Other opportunities will include delineating existing trails by lining them with logs, and collecting litter from the trails and parking area.
