Last Saturday on the Trail: Edible Wild Mushrooms of Connecticut

Join us at the New Canaan Library on April 26th at 10am for a special program with Ryan and Emily Bouchard, the founders of the Mushroom Hunting Foundation. Ryan and Emily will teach us how to identify mushrooms that are safe and delicious to eat and offer a tremendous variety of health benefits. We will all learn more about how to incorporate edible mushrooms into our daily lives!

Following a slideshow of all-local photography, attendees will have the opportunity to sample some edible mushroom bites and savor a hot mushroom tea!
