Rob Fryer

British-born Rob Fryer has made New Canaan his home since 1988. He is a CPA and enjoyed a long and successful career as a partner at Deloitte. He now works part-time as a financial consultant and as a community volunteer. Rob was the 2021/22 President of the Rotary Club of New Canaan, where he remains an active member. He is a volunteer and former New Canaan Community Foundation board member.  He loves the outdoors, enjoys several sports and is a long-time marathon runner. Rob lives on a six-acre property along the Rippowam River, which includes extensive wetlands permanently protected by Land Trust easements. He started his second term on the Land Trust board in early 2023.
