Mike Pazareskis, Land Steward

Mike joined the New Canaan Land Trust as a Seasonal Land Steward this May after he finished his final semester at Central CT State University. There he studied Biology with a concentration in Ecology. He took courses in ornithology, ecology, biological invasions, and more. Prior to working for the New Canaan Land Trust, Mike worked as a Trail Crew Intern with the Connecticut Forest and Park Association during the summer of 2019, and as a Forest Ranger with the McLean Game Refuge over this past year. Mike has learned many valuable skills in land management from these past experiences and is excited to apply them while working for the NCLT, as well as learning new ones.
