Arthur Berry, Treasurer

Art Berry is the Treasurer of NCLT, having previously served as President and member of the board since 2014. He, his wife, and their family moved to New Canaan in 1985 and have been long time members of the NCLT. He is past President of the Open Lands Project of Chicago, a large open space advocate for both the inner city, and the five “collar” counties surrounding Chicago and was most recently Chairman of Pecks Management Partners Ltd in New York. Art is a strong advocate of the very significant benefits of preserving space both currently and more importantly for future generations for their own contemplation and self-renewal, as well as for the known benefits of quality of life and property value enhancement in the community.
