Land Trust members will also vote on the new slate of officers and directors. \nFollowing the meeting\, New Canaan Land Trust is pleased to welcome Michael Goergen\, President and CEO of The American Chestnut Foundation\, for his presentation\, What the American Chestnut Teaches Us About Forest Health. His presentation is particularly timely as the Land Trust is actively working to restore the American chestnut on Land Trust preserves.
