DESCRIPTION:Bring your children to the Family Fun Event at Still Pond Land Trust Preserve and have some fun together exploring the outdoors! Kids will have an opportunity to clear the walking trails- please bring a bucket and gloves. Following a nature themed scavenger hunt\, families will have the opportunity to gather and create crafts using the collected items. One craft will have pinecones\, sunbutter\, bird seed and yarn to make bird feeders. The second craft will involve plain paper\, tape\, glue and markers to create a nature collage. This is a wholesome way to connect to your children and to help them connect to nature – you don’t want to miss this special event! \nThis event takes place at Still Pond Preserve on April 5th at 10am. Enter 763 Silvermine Road into GPS. Parking is limited\, and carpooling is recommended if possible.
